An impressive component of the Valdobbiadene tradition and part of our family since the early 1900s, Col Fondo owes its name to the yeast activity. Once the yeast has consumed all the sugar in the grape must, its cells form a sediment (the fondo) on the bottom of the bottle, which over time contributes to an intriguing evolution of the wine.<\/span><\/h5>\n
